February 2012:

Verona WINS GOLD at NAHB's National Best of 50+ Housing Awards!

Verona has achieved national recognition as a Gold Award winner in the National Association of Home Builder’s 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards, the premier design and marketing competition for the 50+ housing industry. The Albero is the Gold Award winner for Best Attached Home (more than 1,800 sq.ft.). Winners were named at the Best of 50+ Housing Awards presentation on Feb. 9, 2012, during the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Florida. We'd like to thank our Architect, Godden | Sudik Architects, and our Interior Designer, Design Lines, for their important role in this recognition!

October 2011:

Verona Finalists at BAR Awards

We are proud to announce that Verona was recognized as finalists in three categories of the 2011 BAR Awards. The BAR Awards, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, honor the excellence of new home community marketing and construction. Verona was recognized as finalists for Best Attached Home of the Year for both The Albero and The Barone, as well as Best Interior Design of an Attached Home for The Albero. We'd like to thank everyone on the Verona team for making this recognition possible!

Our Trip to Italy Winners!

Congratulations to Lori and Bob, our Trip to Italy winners from The Villas Grand Opening Weekend celebration! Lori and Bob are local residents and have watched the progress at Verona from early on. Now they can see for themselves the how the beautiful architecture of Verona, Italy has inspired the stunning architecture of Verona in Highlands Ranch. We would like to thank the more than 800 people who visited the Verona over 55 community and toured The Villas models during our grand opening weekend! We were so encouraged to meet you all and are thrilled by how enthusiastic you are about Verona. In the time since the grand opening, we’ve received reservations on more than 50% of the homes in the first release. One model is close to selling out! They’re going quickly so if you didn’t get a chance to stop by, we welcome you! We are open every day from 10am to 6pm.
